2.2.1 Mobile QR code plus possible Desktop connection fixes

This release has:
- Possible fix for selfhost connection issues from desktop app
- custom OCR languages fix
- hide login options based on selection
- Mobile QR scanner custom options (Found under connections in settings menu)
